Whether you take Exit 118-New Smyrna Beach from Interstate 4, or Exit 249-New Smyrna Beach from Interstate 95, either puts you on eastbound Route 44. - Travel east on Route 44 until you cross a high-rise bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway and a causeway past Bouchelle Island condominiums.
- Turn left at 3rd traffic light on to 3rd Avenue.
- Turn left at the 4 way stop on to S. Atlantic Avenue, go about one half mile to Oceania Beach Club, 421 S. Atlantic Avenue, on the right.
From Daytona Beach and Jacksonville Airports follow I-95 South to Exit 249. From Orlando Airport take State Road 528 East (toll road) to I-95 and proceed north to Exit 249. Then follow directions above.
